Our commitment to quality begins as soon as raw plastic resin is received and put through a Melt Flow Indexer to verify material received meets ordered properties. All new projects are subject to full dimensional part layouts from customer supplied blueprints and sample parts are submitted for customer approval prior to product being produced.

Quality auditors on all three shifts help to ensure our products meet customer expectations through hourly inspections of dimensional, visual, and functional criteria. In addition, capability studies, X & R charts, and PPAP approval are available per customer request.
