Nothing begins without an idea or concept! At B&B Molders, our highly skilled engineering department takes your ideas from concept to full-scale production utilizing the latest technology in 3D part modeling software, rapid prototyping options, and Moldflow® process simulation software. We encourage customers to involve B&B Molders early in the development process to help bring your project to reality under budget and on-time.
Our 9,000 ft2 tool room is home to our on-site tooling department which builds high quality, precision tools to exacting specifications for thermoplastic injection molding. Tools are designed in-house utilizing 3D modeling software that insures accuracy. In addition to building new tools, we can modify or refurbish your original tool to updated specifications. To extend a tool’s longevity, we operate a formal mold maintenance program that includes regular cleaning for the production life of a tool.
